While everyone is waiting for the Grand Prix that will be ridden later this afternoon, the finale for the 7-year old horses has already been ridden. The first round was very difficult: only six combinations managed to jump a clear first round and came back for the jump-off. A jump-off with six riders had to decide about the winner. The podium colored completely in the Belgian colors. Hanne Mertens and the BWP gelding Lennox vd Bisschop took home the victory. They jumped a clear round in 42,27 seconds. With this time, she was a second faster than Nick Vrins who ended on second place with the Cooper vd Heffinck mare Libelle vd Heffinck. Vrins didn't touch the wood and finished in 43,24 seconds. Katrien Nijs completed the podium with Lou Lou D Avifauna. The French rider Robinson Maupiler (Dassina VA) and the Dutch rider Hessel Hoekstra (For Gold) completed the top five.
