For the final jump-off during the Land Rover Masters at the Christmas Horse Show in Mechelen, a total of 3 horse-rider combinations returned in the arena. For Belgium it was Jérome Guery aboard Grand Cru van de Rozenberg. The pair a fast time, stopping the clock in 40.61 seconds. But they also had one rail down. Denis Lynch was second to go in with Songe de Toscane. With a cheering crownd supporting them they finished in 38.51 seconds without touching the wood. Last starter was Zangersheide's Christian Ahlmann. Together with Cornado II he finished in 38.42 seconds but with one jumping fault along the way. The fourth place was a shared Belgian one with Jos Verlooy ( Sunshine), Olivier Philippaerts (H&M Legend of Love), Pieter Devos (Equipharma Dax van d'Abdijhoeve) and Harrie Smolders (Apollonia 3) as the only non 100% Belgian.
