The Canadian rider Ian Millar wasn't able to start his 11th Olympic Games because of a injury of his top horse Dixson. The 13-year old Dixson (Vigo d'Arsouilles) injured himself earlier this year so Miller was forced to give up his Olympic dream.

The last 2 years Millar and Dixson started at the World Equestrian Games and the Pa-American Games in Toronto.

Dixson didn't enter the showring anymore since February, but that's going to change now. Two weeks ago, Dixson made his comeback in the ring.

The combination jumped two clear 1.45 classes in Rockwood and in the 2* GP of Caledon they got one timepenalty.
