Emanuele Gaudiano starts his Aachen victoriously

The first jumps have been taken in Aachen. This morning one of the side-classes of the European Championships took place. Italian rider, Emanuele Gaudiano, proved to be the fastest, stopping the clock in 62.49 seconds. Aboard the 9-year-old Grey stallion, Caspar 232 (by Casper), he left Michael Whitaker in a second place. Whitaker and Valentin R (by Heartbraeker) finished in 63.80 seconds. The third spot was taken by Danmarks Andreas Schou and Allstar (by Oklund). The top five was completed by Tailormade Cavetta and Soren Pedersen in fourth and Daniele Augusto da Rios with Baedeker. A total of 17 out of the 43 starters in the jump-off finished faultless.
