This morning the sun was shining in Aachen and Emanuele Gaudiano proved to be awake, again. After yesterday's victory in the international class, he rode to victory again this morning. Aboard Caspar 232 (by Casper) he finished clear in 67.39 seconds, claiming the 10,000 Euro prize. France's Roger-Yves Bost followed in a second place with Quod'Coeur de La Loge (by Ideal de la Loge SF). The pair set their time in 67.84 seconds, coming close. Almost 2 seconds slower, Andreas Schou and Allstar (by Oklund) made it to the third spot. The top five was completed by Paul Estermann (Lord Pepsi) and World Champion, Jeroen Dubbeldam (Classic Man V). A total of 22 horse-rider combinations made the finish faultless. Three pairs left the wood untouched but exceeded the time allowed. This afternoon the European Championships have the Team Final and Second Qualifier 1st round on the program.
