The young horses Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi was the first class of the day. In this class it was the 6-years-old Z Seven Caretina (by Coltaire Z) who speeded to victory. With the Irish show jumping rider, Michael Pender the mare jumped a faultless jump-off in 36.08 seconds. Only two combinations produced a double clear round. Z Seven Caretina is a breeding product of Pender's compatriot Marion Hughes. The Z-years-old Diaradino (by Diarado) jumped with his breeder/owner, Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi to a second place. The pair crossed the finish in 38.23 seconds. Ahmed Al Suwaidi Salim followed in a third spot with the 7-years-old gelding Snapp Jack (by Stolzenberg). The pair jumped one rail down in 36.29 seconds. Portugal's Joao Marquilhas and Franciscus Stylt E (by Indoctro) placed fourth. The top five was completed by France's Frédéric David and the 7-years-old Belgian Warmblood mare Karamel d'Esprit (by Erco van 't Roosakker). CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS
