The Gucci Paris Masters has sadly come to an end for another year and it was Swiss Man Martin Fuchs who won the 1.60m Gucci Grand Prix. It was a tricky course set by Luc Musette, with faults spread throughout. It seemed that there would be no clear rounds until home favourite Philippe Rozier secured the first clear with Rahotep de Toscane. Towards the end of Round 1, we saw clear rounds come thick and fast, with 12 riders altogether progressing to the jump-off. In the jump-off Martin Fuchs would eventually take the win, beating runner up Ludger Beerbaum by just under a tenth of a second, after taking some serious risks with the 10 year old gelding PSG Future. Constant van Paesschen, the young Belgian superstar, finished third with the stallion Citizenguard Toscan de Sainte. The highest ranked home rider was Penelope Leprevost, who finished in eleventh place with the mare Nice Stephanie. Full Results
