Not only the Belgian show jumpers competed for their national title last weekend. Also in Switzerland the senior riders gathered for the title. In Sion it was Martin Fuchs and Chaplin II who won the Swiss show jumping title after a faultless track. Niklaus Rutschi and Windso XV took home the Vice-Championships title while Fabio Crotta and Tess de Jalesness completed the stage, bringing home the bronze. Christina Liebherr (LB Eagle Eye) and Edwin Smits (Diandiego B Z) finished just outside the stage in a fourth and fifth place. With the Young Riders it was Morgane Dassio and the 9-year-old Horst van de Mispelaere who topped the Championships. Only last week the pair also won the U25 Grand Prix in Lausanne.
