The sixth stage of the FEI Furusiyya Europe Division 1 Nations Cup will take place in Falsterbo, Sweden this week. Eight teams will take part but only five of those teams are eligible for points towards the finals in Barcelona at the end of this year. Last years winners Germany will be eligible for points, as well as The Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain and the host nation, Sweden. The three remaining teams, Great Britain, Poland and the United States, have been invited to take part in the historical Nations Cup on Friday but will not be able to contest for points. Some of the sports biggest names will be among the 58 riders that are due to compete this weekend. Michael Whitaker, Marcus Ehning, Cian o'Connor, Pius Schwizer and home hero Rolf-Goran Bengtsson are just some of the big names on the star studded entry list.
