At the Global Champions Tour in Antwerp, the Grand Prix of the 2* competition has just ended. There were 56 starters in the first round. From those 56 combinations, 16 jumped clear. They could start in the second round which was ridden against the clock. The victory was for the Canadian rider Tiffany Foster. Her gelding Brighton (Contendro II x Quick Star) didn't touch the would and finished in 40.11. Since the Grand Prix was sponsored by BMW, Tiffany won a brand new BMW 1 series. Foster and Brighton were slightly faster than Wouter Devos and Tonik Hero (Ogano Sitte x Elegant l'Ile). They jumped a beautiful clear round as well, but finished in 40,99. The Netherlands completed the podium. Stefanie van der Brink and Baronescha ended on third place. Tim Gredley and Unex Handyman covered the fifth spot. Petronella Anderson, who won the previous class with Mouse, saddled Toulago for this class. Toulago jumped a clear round and finished in 42.49 sec. The young Belgian Stephex rider Emilie Conter ended sixth with Fragile van't Paradijs. Click here for the results Foster
