World number one showjumper Scott Brash is among the British riders who will be competing at Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) in Birmingham next month (9-12 October). Olympic gold medallists Ben Maher and Nick Skelton will also be jumping, as well as William Funnell, Guy Williams, Dan Neilson, John Whitaker and Nicole Pavitt and Kerry Brennan. Danielle Ryder, Graham Lovegrove and Joe Whitaker will compete on wild cards. A further two wild card places from Arena UK will be announced in due course. The riders will be competing for a total prize fund of £152,000.
