Victory was for Irelands's Shane Sweetnam. He rode the 10 year old stallion Chaqui Z (s. Chacco Blue) and qualified for the jump-off. In this jump-off he was fast and clear in a time of 38.13 seconds. Charlie Jacobs ended in second place with the Carinjo offspring Cassinja S. They also stayed clear in this jump-off and this in 40.69 seconds. Katherine A. Dinan was third with Dougie Douglas (s. ARD VDL Douglas). They finished in a time of 40.74 seconds. The top five was completed by Margie Goldstein-Engle with Abunola (s. Numero Uno) and Richie Moloney with Carrabis Z (s. Canabis Z). They stopped the clock in respectively 41.40 and 46.57 seconds.
