A rather eventful first round of the Olympic Individual Jumping Final had only three clears at the end. Martin Fuchs rode his round almost completely without his stirrups while Henrik von Eckermann and King Edward lost their balance and where eliminated by a fall... Christian Kukuk was joined by Maikel van der Vleuten in the jump-off and at the end, also Steve Guerdat made the cut!
