The undoubtedly tough decision was made in consultation with the veterinary team and the Egyptian federation. "We all agree that it is our duty to put Coronado's long term health and recovery first," said Dr. K. K., a veterinarian.

Because Coronado has already passed an initial fat check, which he did pass effortlessly, the rules do not allow for another replacement, forcing them to withdraw completely.
