On Saturday afternoon, 90 horses came trotting again for the veterinary inspection leading up to the Olympic individual qualification in Versailles. Only one of them was held back by the inspection.
Two horses were placed in the "holding box," both from the Spanish team. While Eduardo Alvarez Aznar finally got his Rokfeller de Pleville (L'arc de Triomphe) approved, Ismael Garcia Roque's Tirano (Chacco-Blue) was not re-offered. They will appear at the re-inspection on Sunday morning.
On Monday, Aug. 5, the battle for individual gold erupts in Versailles with the ultimate final for the Eifel Tower piece on Tuesday, Aug. 6.
