The 1m45 class, held in accordance with article 238.2.1 (faults & time), attracted 32 international combinations. Van Paesschen quickly made it clear that he was there to win: with Diaz du Thot (Ready Boy des Forets “Hn”), he completed a faultless and lightning-fast round in 61.02 seconds. This left the competition behind and secured him the victory and the full ranking points.

The battle for the top three was decided by tenths of a second. Abdullah Alsharbatly and Alamo (Akato) came close with 61.37 seconds, good for second place. In third place was Czech rider Sara Vingralkova with Damocles From Second Life Z (Diamant De Semilly) in 62.85 seconds.

Just off the podium was Brazilian Pedro Veniss, who rode a clear round in 62.88 seconds with Gershwin Dromelle (Diamant De Semilly), only hundredths of a second slower than third place.

Robin Muhr also kept a clean sheet. With Foud'Joie de Stel (Canturo), he rode a solid round in 66.76 seconds, which earned him fifth place.
