In a nail-biting jump-off, Hungary’s Gyula Szuhai Jr. delivered a masterclass aboard Lawisangos (Tailormade l'ave), claiming the win with an immaculate double-clear and a lightning-fast time of 35.05 seconds. The young Hungarian rider showcased not only the raw speed of his mount but also an unshakable calm under pressure—earning a well-deserved victory.

Just a heartbeat behind him was Germany’s Hannes Ahlmann with the experienced Cayadino (Cayado), also faultless in both rounds and stopping the clock at 35.27 seconds. Italy’s Filippo Bassan rounded out the podium aboard Cerruti de Kreisker (HH Conrad), finishing clear in 36.91 seconds. Though a few seconds off the leading time, his performance was composed and fluid—demonstrating the pair’s rising potential at this level.

Further down the top five, Anastasia Nielsen of Monaco and My Bravo Boy PS (Messenger) put in a fast time of 35.77 seconds, but a rail down cost them dearly, relegating them to fourth. Similarly, Ireland’s Thomas Ryan and Connoisseur Pwr (Cornet Obolensky) produced a very quick 35.95 but also incurred 4 faults—proof of how razor-thin the margin for error is at the top of the sport.
