The ten-year-old Holsteiner stallion Cayadino (by Cayado) has made the move to Ramzy Al-Duhami. The experienced Saudi Arabian rider and multiple Olympian will now compete the former top horse of Hannes Ahlmann at the international level.
Ahlmann took over Cayadino in 2022 from breeder and owner Ulrich Rodde. Under his guidance, the stallion developed into a consistent performer within the German team.
In the EEF Nations Cup Final in Avenches, the pair delivered two faultless rounds, making a crucial contribution to Germany’s team bronze. They also performed strongly in Riesenbeck, claiming two third places in five-star classes over 1.45m and 1.50m.
With the sale of Cayadino to Saudi Arabia, another remarkable transfer takes place in the international showjumping world, shortly after the move of Dubai du Cedre to the same region.
