This week marks the second leg of the Western European World Cup season. Starting Wednesday, riders and horses will arrive in Lyon, France. The winner of the first leg, Sanne Thijssen, will also be heading to Lyon!
A strong French line-up is expected at the start, featuring Grand Prix winner of Saint-Lô Roger-Yves Bost, along with Marc Dilasser, Julien Epaillard, Alexa Ferrer, Pénélope Leprévost, Olivier Robert, Kevin Staut, and Jeanne Sadran.
They will face tough competition from several international top riders such as Nathan Budd (BEL), Gregory Wathelet (BEL), Harry Charles (GBR), Christian Ahlmann (GER), Richard Vogel (GER), Bertram Allen (IRL), Willem Greve (NED), and Martin Fuchs (SUI).
In the Jumping Pony Trophy, Robin Vermeir (BEL), Lieselot Kooremans (NED), Ella Spencer (GBR), etc. will be representing their colors on the start list.
