The second tour of the Autumn MET 2025 delivered a tightly contested 1.50m Grand Prix, where the jump-off unfolded with narrow margins and a field eager to seize one of the last major victories of the Mediterranean season. Nine riders advanced to the deciding round, and the fastest clear performances came from the Brazilians.
João Victor Castro Aguiar Gomes De Lima captured the Grand Prix win by steering Kenzo Quality Z (Kannan) through a faultless jump-off in 44.89 seconds, a performance that placed him fractionally ahead of compatriot Stephan de Freitas Barcha. Riding Dinozo Imperio Egipcio (Diamant de Semilly), Barcha also delivered a double clear and stopped the clock at 45.07 seconds, giving Brazil a commanding one–two finish.
Spain’s Mariano Martinez Bastida followed with Classic Dakota (Casallco), producing another clear round that settled at 45.87 seconds and secured the final podium position.
France’s Marie Demonte guided Epona du Quesnoy to (Ogrion des Champs) a clean jump-off in 46.43 seconds, ensuring a solid fourth place.
The top five was completed by Great Britain’s Jonathon Buxton, whose clear round aboard Strides Josie (Don Vhp Z) came home in 50.59 seconds, rounding off the group of riders who kept a perfect scorecard through both phases.
