Martin Fuchs and the Hannover-gelding Commissar Pezi (Commissario) won the CSI5* Kingdom of Bahrain Stakes for The King's Cup 1.55m Longines Ranking!
In the CSI5* 1.55m Longines Ranking class, only two combinations managed to qualify for the jump-off. Martin Fuchs and Kim Emmen both went for the win, but unfortunately, Emmen knocked down one rail, allowing Fuchs to take the victory. The Swiss rider secured the win with Commissar Pezi, a son of Commissario, while Emmen finished second aboard Keavanta-C (Cornet Obolensky x Zambesi TN). The podium was completed by John Whitaker riding Sharid (Toulon x Vancouleurs).
Just off the podium, Jack Whitaker claimed fourth place with Valmy de la Lande (Mylord Carthago HN x Starter), and Michael Duffy rounded out the top five with Be Sky Hawk, a son of Golden Hawk.
