The 2025 edition of Jumping International Bourg-en-Bresse wrapped up in style on Sunday, with France’s Megan Moissonnier taking a popular home win in the CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix. Riding Crooner Tame (by Conrad), the 27-year-old rider rose to the top after a strong performance over two challenging rounds.
Out of 50 starters, only twelve combinations advanced to the second round. Germany’s Christian Ahlmann and Untouched LB were the only pair to jump clear in round one, but eight penalties in the second round knocked them out of contention. Moissonnier carried two time faults from the first round, but a clear second round was enough to secure the win.
France dominated the leaderboard, claiming seven of the top ten spots. Benoit Cernin finished second with Dynamite du Miral (4 penalties), followed by Antoine Ermann and Foxpit Grim in third with the same score but a slower time. Arthur Le Vot placed fourth with Djinn Cece (5 penalties), while Pénélope Leprevost and Bingo Del Tondou took fifth with six penalties.
