After a jump-off with twelve combinations, Michael Viehweg claimed the win in 35.82 seconds. Together with his 12-year-old stallion Contario (Contendro I x Caridor Z, breeder: Josef Stürzlinger), he narrowly edged out Sasha Beghuin for second place. Beghuin finished second in front of his home crowd with the Zangersheide stallion Elcup Van Beek II Z (Elvis ter Putte x Armitage, breeder: 't Eirbissemhof). The podium was completed by Jeroen Appelen, who secured third place with Quincy 230 (Quintender 2 x Lando, breeder: Paul Schockemöhle).

This result kept fellow Belgian Viktor Daem off the podium. Daem finished in fourth place, riding the VDL Zirocco Blue daughter, Kavaliers Blue. The top five was rounded out by Dutch rider Joy Lammers with First Boy B.B. (Hamlet x Ustinov).
