The highlight of the day in Vejer de la Frontera: the CSI4* Grand Prix! In the end, only six pairs jumped clear throughout both courses.
Pedro Veniss from Brazil stopped the clock in 38.34 seconds to claim gold together with his trusted Nimrod de Muze Imperio Egipcio, a 14 year-old son of Nabab de Reve.
Niamh McEvoy (IRL) brought Olympic GL FVD (Galisco van Paemel) to Spain and ended on the silver spot after finishing his round in 38.60 seconds. The French rider Melissa Garbail snatched the bronze on Dandy de l'Eyre (Iowa).
Kyle Timm ended on fourth for Canada after riding double clear with Clamour du Chanu (l'Arc de Triomphe) while Great Brittain's Joe Whitaker completed the top 5 on Hulahupe JR (VDL Bubalu).
