Von Eckermann is one of the strong contenders competing in front of a home crowd. Representing Sweden are also Petronella Andersson, Jens Fredricson, Erika Lickhammer van Helmond, and Peder Fredricson, among others.
In addition to Steve Guerdat, Martin Fuchs (SUI), Harrie Smolders (NED), Willem Greve (NED), Kevin Staut (FRA), Yuri Mansur (BRA), and Max Kühner (AUT), among others, will also compete.
