For 2025, they’ve shaken up their roster, introducing three new elite riders alongside their returning anchors. This refreshed dream team is built for precision, speed, and tactical brilliance, ensuring their place among the sport’s elite.

Lorenzo De Luca – The Italian maestro, makes the trade from Rome Gladiators to Valkenswaard United bringing experience and ice-cold composure under pressure.
Hans-Dieter Dreher – The German technician, a sharp strategist with a history of high-stakes performances, Dreher returns to GCL for 2025.
Marcus Ehning – The living legend who has been on Valkenswaard United since day one, Ehning is seen as the team anchor and back meaning business.
Ingrid Gjelsten – A young force on the rise, ready to prove her worth among the best, Ingrid made her debut on the GCL circuit for the Scandinavian Vikings and now makes the huge move to Valkenswaard United.
Oliver Lazarus – Back on the team for a third year running, the South African rider Lazarus adds an exciting energy to the mix.
Gilles Thomas – A rising Belgian powerhouse, Thomas has moved through the ranks on the GCL circuit. Originally Valkenswaard United’s U25 rider he is now a staple part of the renewed squad.

St Tropez Pirates: The Masters of the High Seas Return

The St Tropez Pirates are back, and they’re on a mission to conquer the circuit once again. A team known for its fearless attitude and raw competitive spirit, they enter 2025 fired up and ready for battle. With a roster stacked with international talent, expect them to be in the mix from the very first round.
 
Spain’s Mariano Martinez Bastida joins the team series for the first time while France’s Gregory Cottard is moving from riding in red to green as the Pirates secure him for 2025. Alongside his French teammate, gold medalist Philippe Rozier will anchor the squad as he brings his wealth of experience to the GCL team series for the first time.
 
Adding to the line-up Duarte Seabra returns to GCL for the second year running while two young Irish talents make a welcomed return to the series. Tom and Max Wachmann add huge depth to the team as they get ready to make waves on the biggest stage.
