Denis Lynch has won the CSI5* 1m50 ranking class, presented by Audi, at the Brussels Stephex Masters. Riding Brooklyn Heights, the Irishman produced a clear round in 39.32 seconds. Alongside the victory, Lynch was also rewarded with an Audi A3 Sportback. Jérôme Guery was the best Belgian rider, finishing fifth with Kiliman Sitte.
Denis Lynch and Brooklyn Heights (Nabab de Reve) delivered the fastest clear jump-off, securing the victory. Simon Delestre came closest with Golden Boy DK (Diamant de Semilly). The Frenchman picked up four faults in the jump-off but stopped the clock at 36.93 seconds, enough for second place. Lillie Keenan finished third with Highway TN (Eldorado vd Zeshoek) in 37.48 seconds, also with four faults.
Ben Maher completed the top four with Ginger-Blue (Plot Blue). The British rider incurred eight faults in the jump-off and finished in 39.47 seconds.
Jérôme Guery was the best Belgian in fifth place. In the saddle of Kiliman Sitte (Comme Il Faut), he collected one penalty in the first round and finished in 76.01 seconds.
