The sacred grounds of the Aachener Soers set the stage for a fascinating Youngster Tour. For showjumping connoisseurs, this is the class to spot the absolute pearls of the future. Partnered with the Walter Lelie-bred Victory Music Z (Vigo d'Arsouilles), Janika Sprunger jumped her way to victory.
As a daughter of World Champion Vigo d’Arsouilles out of Elle van 't Ameldonk Z, this mare possesses the perfect mindset and suppleness, stopping the clock at 69.22 seconds. Max Kühner followed closely behind (69.72) with the German-bred mare Cardi MT (by Conthargos x Christina by Christian 25; breeder Harm Oncken), who showcased the trademark sharpness and reflexes of the OS studbook.
The German home crowd was also treated to a stellar performance by Richard Vogel and United Call JPS (70.13). This Holsteiner gelding, bred by Julius-Peter Sinnack, is a direct son of Vogel’s top horse United Touch S. Making his international debut this week, United Call JPS had already claimed a class victory with Vogel on Friday.
Giulia Martinengo Marquet followed with Call me d'I (Cicero Z van Paemel), while Rene Dittmer completed the top five aboard Cajero 8 (Casall).
