On Sunday afternoon, Christian Kukuk and his horse Cepano Baloubet (by Chaman) caused a moment of shock during the jump-off in the Grand Prix in Madrid. After knocking down fence 5, the pair lost balance slightly, causing the Olympic rider to be thrown from the saddle. Fortunately, the chestnut horse remained unharmed. Despite the incident, the pair finished in seventh place in the Grand Prix. Today, Christian Kukuk received the green light from the doctors to compete in tournaments again.
Christian Kukuk responded calmly on social media to his fall in Madrid. Although he saw it as a setback, he emphasized that he won’t let it get him down.
