Splendid news for the Dutch show jumping world. Today it was announced that yesterday's top seller at the Eurocommerce Auction stays with his former rider, Gerco Schröder. New owner of London is the Glock Horse Performance Centre. Gaston Glock bought the horse for about 10,000,000 Euro's (inclusive VAT and Auction costs). How the new sponsorship agreement is set is yet unknown. Still this might give Gerco the chance to compete at the Longines Global Champions Tour events. Certainly to be continued. An other great buyer on yesterday's auction was without a doubt Abdullah Al Sharbatly. The Saudi-Arabian show jumper is the new (proud) owner of Tobalio, Callahan and Sacramento. In total Al Sharbatly bought for about 500,000 euro in horses. The sell is currently under review of the curators.
