The Longines Global Champions Tour-winner in Shanghai, Abdullah Al Sharbatly has a new mount in his stables. The KWPN-bred horse Woulon L (by Toulon) has been bought by Al Sharbatly. Together with Danish Martin Neergard Dinesen the grey horse recently won the CSI3* Grand Prix in Vilamoura. The 13-year-old gelding made his international debut in 2013 with Dutch show jumping rider, Leon Thijssen. In 2014 it was John Whitaker who took over the reins after Norwegian Iselin Gjendemsjo had ridden Woulon L. Al Sharbalty plans to debut with Woulon at the international show in Windsor. He will also compete with Red Star D'Argent at that competition. His winning partner from Shanghai, Tobalio, will enjoy a period of rest until Madrid.
