Jos Verlooy's speed horse The Pugilist (ARD VDL Douglas x Freddie's Star) has been sold to Bretta Chad from Calgary, Canada. Axel Verlooy Euro Horse Bvba bought the gelding in the end of 2012 and during last year Jos had a great success with The Pugilist. Previously the gelding was ridden by Neal Fearon. Bretta Chad will do her first show with The Pugilist in Thermal, USA. Jos Verlooy and The Pugilist claimed a third place in Maastricht and Toronto last year. In Lexington and Birmingham they ended fourth.
