Darragh Kenny wins Grand Prix Qualifier in Valkenswaard

The last CSI5* class of the day has just been jumped in Valkenswaard. It was a 1m55 class that was ridden against the clock. This class also was a qualifier for the Grand Prix of Sunday. 

The victory went to Darragh Kenny. He rode Belo Horizonte (f. Baloubet de Rouet) clear through the course in 67,79 seconds. With this time he beat the French top rider Kevin Staut who ended on second place with Toledo de Mescam Harcour (f. Mylord Carthago). The 13-year old mare left the wood untouched and finished in 69,32 seconds. Marcus Ehning and Misanto Pret a Tout (f. Hiram Chambertin Hn) completed the podium. They cleared the course in 70,40 seconds.

Simon Delestre (Hermes Ryan) and Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (VDL Edgar M) completed the top five.
