In the second round of the 4* World Cup Leg of Riyadh the victory was for David Will. The German rider sped to victory on Zaccorado Blue (v. VDL Zirocco Blue).
The nine years old stallion was by far the fastest of this class. With Will on top, he rode a clear round in 41,59. Their closest opponent stopped the clock over three seconds later on 45,05. It was Mike Kawai who came in second on Saxo de La Cour (v. Tlaloc M). These two combinations were the only ones who could stay double clear. Again five seconds later, Edwina Tops-Alexander crossed the finish line on Corelli de Mies (v. Calvaro FC), with one penalty for time in their first round.
Bertram Allen jumped on Pacino Amiro (v. Pacino) to fourth with the ten years old gelding knocking one pole down. Winner of yesterday, Abdel Saïd had to settle for fifth on Bonne Amie (v. A Big Boy).
The previous 4* class over 1.40m almost had the same winner as the main class but David Will and Chino 29 (v. Cellestial) had to let Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi go in front of them on Coenig (v. Cordobes I). Iñigo Lopez De La Osa Franco completed the top three on Jade (v. Cardento 933).
