Six horses have been nominated for the title Horse of the Year 2021 and after two weeks of voting Hermès is currently in the lead. Voting is open until 31 December and the winners will then be announced. Last year, Glamourdale was honoured as Horse of the Year in dressage and Dana Blue as Horse of the Year in show jumping.
In the provisional ranking as of 15 December, Hermès is in the lead with 996 votes, followed by Kjento with 901 votes. Explosion W is in the lead among the show jumpers. He has received 408 votes so far.
