Equestrian Photographer Libby Law hospitalized

Last week Libby Law's Facebook profile got attacked with good luck and get well messages. The Equestrian photographer is in hospital following a rollerblading accident in Australia. Libby fell from a bike trail in Melbourne earlier this month (18 November) and suffered a serious head injury. The New Zealander was in Australia in preparation for covering Adelaide CCI4* (19-22 November). Libby was taken to Melbourne Royal Hospital where she was told there would be a three-hour wait for treatment. She then travelled to St Vincent’s Hospital where she had a CT scan and was told she did not need an operation.   “Get well soon Libby!” wrote a spokesman from the FEI on Libby’s Facebook page. “Events just won’t be same until you are back there with us in the press room — sending all of our best wishes from the whole FEI team.” Also the teh Equnews crew hopes Libby will be back soon on the competitions.
