Ben Maher makes winning comeback at Sentower Park!

On Friday Olympic champion Ben Maher made his comeback in the sport count, jumping to victory aboard his 12-year-old Plot Blue-mare, Ginger Blue. Maher won the 1.50m Grand Prix qualifier, counting for Longines ranking points.

After a Jump-Off with eleven, Maher and his KWPN-mare, bred by P. Verberne were over one second faster as Bernardo Vardoso De Resende Alves with his 13-year-old sBs-stallion, El Torreo de Muze (Taran de la Pomme). Alves won last year's CSIO5* Grand Prix in Knokke with this stallion and was now followed by Belgium's own, Catherine Van Roosbroeck and the BWP-gelding, Miles (Emerald).
