Katrin Eckermann's Carlson 46 has been sold, and will in the future fly the Canadian flag. Eckermann has confirmed to World of Showjumping that the new owners of her success horse are the Ziegler-family, owners of Artisan Farms and supporters and horse owners behind Eric Lamaze and Tiffany Foster not to forget their own daughter Caitlin.
Together with Eckermann, the 13 year old grey gelding by Casco x Calvados has had huge success. Eckermann and Carlson 46 really hit the headlines when they won the Grand Prix in Münster in 2011, and from there they went from strength to strength winning the Grand Prix in Hagen in 2012 and more recently the prestigious Preis von Nordrhein-Westfalen in Aachen.
