After Denis Lynch and Coulisa's terrible fall in the Grand Prix in Rotterdam last Sunday, Team Ireland Equestrian reports that the 10 year old mare now has gone through successful surgery for her sustained injuries. Although the surgery was successful the continuing of her sportive career will probably take a long period. Denis Lynch's brother Shay reports to Team Ireland Equestrian that it's very early days, "but the first signs are very positive." Coulisa will shortly be transported back to her own stable in Germany where she will undergo a four to eight month recuperation period. We wish Coulisa a successful recovery!
