German magazine, St Georg reports there has been again a fire in the food stock at Paul Schockemöhle's Gestüt Lewitz. The night between Friday and Saturday about 30.000 euro in worth of hay has gone up in flames. Last year in September already 500m straw burned to ashes at the Gestüt.
About 1000 hay packages burned, worth about 30.000 euro. Luckily no humans or animals got hurt in the fire. By removing the burning packages with machines, the team of Paul Schockemöhle prevented the fire to expand.
