Greg Patrick Broderick takes the CSIO5* Grand Prix of Gijon, while Marcel Wolf wins in Humlikon

In the late evening it was Irish rider Greg Patrick Broderick who took the CSIO5* 1m60 Grand Prix in Gijon. This epic competition over two rounds knew a total of twelve combinations in the second round. Broderick and his Westbrook (Jaguar Mail) finished in a brilliant time of 49.52 seconds.

With that tine they stayed ahead of Mathieu Billot and Quel Filou 13 (Quidam's Rubin) with whom he finished in second place with 49.81 seconds. Following in third place we found Felicie Bertrand aboard Sultane des Ibis (Quidam de Revel) with whom she finished in 50.67 seconds.

HUMLIKON

In Switzerland's Humlikon all riders took one penalty for time in the jump-off. It was however Marcel Wolf who took the 1m55 Grand Prix aboard Hunter C (H&M Cabrio van de Heffinck) in 41.60 seconds. In second place we found Pius Schwizer aboard Cortney Cox (Carlo) with whom he finished in 41.92 seconds. In third place it was then Werner Muff and his Jazoe van 't Steenpaal with whom he finished in 42.20 seconds.
