Luxembourg is one of the smallest countries in Europe, but they show their worth when it comes to organizing horse shows. Although there's only one international horse show in a year, it looks like the Organisation is used to organise top events every year. A total prize money of €120,000 euro attrackts the riders for the CSI3*. But it is mainly the splendid grass arena riders and horses love the CSI Roeser. Talking to one of the world's upcoming talents, Pieter Devos, we got to know the grass ring is what it is all about! "I love the arena of the CSI Roeser. Although it is grass, the arena is one of the best in the world," states Devos. "The biggest advantage of Roeser is the program. The organisation took all efforts to organise the best program possible. They combine a CSI3* and CSI1* and allow the riders to compete in both." According to Pieter Devos this allows the riders to work on the minimum level with the experienced horses and bring along some new (greener) horses to let them taste the international experience. Himself, Devos is bringing a nice 7-year-old along with 3 experienced ones. "I will ride Dylano (by Cento Lano ) for the first time after he got injured in Lummen, some months ago. Further I will debute with the new Gucci DV. Also Claire Z is traveling along." Talking about the social life at the jumping in Roeser, Devos loves the atmosphere. "It is one of the most welcoming jumpings in the world. The organisation is very nice, they welcome you with open arms and put a smile on 24/7." According to the Belgian show jumper the CSI Roeser has everything for rider, horse and spectator. With a total of 40 VIP tables, a nice public area and some of the best sport in the world, this is next weeks event to be. If that can't convince you just check-out the party schedule of this event. Every night is filled with social nightlife activities. CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION
