Maurice Tebbel out after fracture of colar bone

Show jumper Maurice Tebbel, the 21-year son of Germanies top rider, René Tebbel, has broken his colar bone after a fall last weekend. Unlucky Maurice and the 8-years-old stallion Chacco's Son, is on Germanies longlist for the European Championships Young Riders. The Championships are held next month in Austria's Wiener-Neustadt. The rider has underwent surgery and needs a 10 to 12 day recovery. According to his father, René Tebbel, they stil aim for the Championships, although they won't take any unneccessary risks. Last month Maurice and his Chacco Blue-son won the 'Future Champions' competition in Hagen.
