New Grand Prix horse for Henrik von Eckermann

Sweden's top show jumping rider, Henrik von Eckermann, has welcomed a new talent in his stables. Eckermann and the 11-year-old AES-gelding, Newton Abbot competed their first round last week in Stuttgart. The Converter 2-son was before this year competed by Mohammed Al Kumeiti. The last competition of the gelding and his Arab show jumping rider was the Nations Cup finals in Barcelona. The pair also placed second at the CSIO3* in Samorin. Before it was breeder, Angelie von Essen who competed the gelding. von Essen and Newton Abbot jumped up to a 1.60m level. The pair even placed second earlier this year in the Nations Cup of La Baule.
