New horses for Ashford Farm and Luciana Diniz

It's a busy transfer period in the show jumping world. Portugese show jumper, currently second in the LGCT ranking, Luciana Diniz, has welcomed a new ride. Since a couple of weeks (read after the Global Champions Tour in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands), she has been competing the 10-year-old For PLeasure-mare, Fairplay. This week the new horse-rider combination will debute on an international five star level. At the CSI5* in Treffen. Before it was Hungarian Balazs Krusco who competed the mare on a four-star level. Together with Fit For Fun 13 Diniz has now two For Pleasure horses in her stalls. Ashford Farm -riders welcome the 10-year-old Belgian Warmbred mare Sea Coast Ferly (by Calato). Sea Coast owner, Alain Cloedt, has transferred the horse to Enda Carroll for sales. Before the grey mare was ridden by Gudrun Patteet. In 2015 Patteet and Ferly already won two 1.50m-classes at the Z-Tour in Zangersheide. During the CHIO in Rotterdam they finished 5th in the 1.55m qualifier. "Att his moment Ferly is just not the horse that fits in my stable," states Gudrun Patteet. "I am convinced Ferly will help other riders as well to break through on a five-star level. But re-organizing our stable, we decided she might fit better with a new owner." This week Pieter Clemens will start Ferly at the CSI5* in Treffen.
