New talent for Alessandra Volpi

Belgium's de Bock family has announced the sale of their stallionQannando B&V to the team of Equnews. The own-bred seven-year-old sire recently jumped successful at the international show in Moerzeke.

The son of Kannan was sold, by the mediation of Marc Van Dijck, to the stables of USA's Alessandra Volpi.

Together with Belgium's young rider, Gilles Thomas the black Belgian Warmblood-sire, recently placed third in the CSI1*YH finals in Moerzeke and second in the youngster finals in Valkenswaard.

Last year Valentijn De Bock competed the stallion, jumping to victory in Knokke and qualifying for the WBFSH World Championships for young horses in Zangersheide.

"We will continue to follow up his career with Alessandra. In our sport it is always difficult to decide whether to sell or keep investing. As Qannando was co-owned, we decided to sell. Nevertheless we wish him all the best at his new home."
