The great 9 years old Sea Coast Forlap DC (Querlybet Hero x Heartbreaker) was found by the Lenssens brothers Patrick and Johan as a green 7 years old and bought together with Alain Cloet for Gregory Wathelet to ride. Soon enough the pretty and talented bay gelding proved his quality winning the 7 years old Belgian Championships in Lummen. As an 8 years old and following a thorough winter work, Sea Coast Forlap and Gregory Wathelet would be a part of the Budapest Nations Cup winners and would also take 2nd place in the Budapest Grand Prix. The wonderful gelding would offer Gregory his first ever Belgian Champion title in September and closed the year winning the 5* Grand Prix in La Coruña. This season the pair are double clear at the Lummen and La Baule Nations Cup and take 2nd place of the huge 5* Grand Prix in Doha. This business is sad news for the rider fro Liège who would have liked to keep Forlap a bit longer to stay on the high international level together with Conrad De Hus, but it's good news for Ukraine who'll reinforce Casssio Rivetti's competition stable with this wonderful horse. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaUaC-BW2zM
