France's number one female show jumping rider, Pénélope Leprévost has decided not to participate at the next World Cup finals in Omaha, USA. Leprévost has a total of 27 points at the moments, leaving her over 12 points away of a final spot. Last weekend Leprévost placed fourth in the CSI5*-w Bordeaux Grand Prix. Aboard Ratina d'La Rousserie (Quaprice Bois Margot) she is in a top form, but herself not feeling how she should be at this moment of her career. Leprévost has now decided to focus on the outdoor season. Instead of a far away travel to the north in a couple of weeks to collect some points in Gotenborg, Leprévost will travel south with Flora de Mariposa (For Pleasure) to the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera. For France Kevin Staut has already secured his spot for Omahe. Simon Delestre, Roger-Yves Bost and Olivier Robert are still in the lead to qualify.
