Ireland's Richard Howley is on a winning streak at the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera. After winning Thursday's Big Tour 1.50m Qualifier, Howley also claimed the victory in Friday's CSI4* 1.50m class. In this Longines Ranking class Howley speeded to victory aboard his 14-year-old Mansini LTD (Caressini L).
Leopoldo Palacios track was set directly on time. Howley speeded to victory leaving compatriot, Jason Foley with Rockwell RC (Kannan) in a second place. Together with Sean Cubitt's 9-year-old mare, Foley was followed by local rider, Eduardo Alvarez Aznar and Bentley de Sury (Sunday de Riverland).
Commandant Geoff Curran and his 13-year-old Glengarra Wood (Capitalist) followed in a fourth spot, leaving Germany's Michael Viehweg with Contario (Contendro) in a fifth spot.
