Richard Vogel secures home win in Aachen

This afternoon the main class at the CHIO Aachen was set 1.55m heigh. In the Allianz-Prize, competed with a winning round, it was home rider, Richard Vogel who secured the win aboard the 9-year-old Cepano Baloubet.

Only four combinaties managed to produce a double clear round. Richard Vogel and his 9-year-old son by Chaman, referred yesterday's winner, Jana Wargers to the second place. Wargers followed on stage with Ashford Farm and Jos Lansink's Chacco's Lady 2 (Chacco-Blue). The stage was completed by France's Marc Dilasser and his 13-year-old Arioto du Gevres (Diamant de Semilly). 

Dutch revelation of Aachen, Kim Emmen followed in a fourth place. Together with the 10-year-old KWPN-gelding, Inflame Go (Namelus R) she stayed ahead of Philipp Weishaupt and Coby 8 (Contagio).
